When I became a mom, I gained a new kind of love and a new kind of overwhelm. My life got fuller, but so did my anxiety, my expectations, and my need for boundaries.
I built this practice for women and parents like us who adore our families, work hard, and yet still feel the pull to reconnect with the “you” underneath it all.
You don’t have to fit the puzzle pieces back together alone. (And I promise you’re not alone. I’ve been there, and still show up for my own therapy, too.)
