GIVE ME A MICROPHONE AND YOU’LL QUICKLY UNDERSTAND THAT I WHOLEHEARTEDLY BELIEVE:
When mothers feel supported, families thrive.
I’m Gayane Aramyan, LMFT — mom, therapist, and speaker on mental health for moms, bringing real support and practical tools that actually fit into real-life, modern motherhood.
Featured IN:
As a mental health speaker and therapist for moms
I bring both personal experience and clinical expertise to every room I walk into.
Whether you’re hosting a motherhood retreat, a brand event, a wellness panel, or a podcast conversation, I’m here to support your audience in one of the most life-changing experiences they’ll ever walk through.
I bring clarity, compassion, and usable tools that feel doable, even in seasons of newborn fog, big toddler emotions, and identity shifts.
Your audience will feel seen, not judged. Validated, not placated. And equipped where they once felt overwhelmed.
I could talk all day about:
Postpartum anxiety and identity shifts
Mom guilt and cycle-breaking
Mental load and emotional labor
Preparing your relationship for baby
Rediscovering yourself after motherhood
Practical tools that work even if you’re nap trapped or in car line

She brings this real-life empathy into every session, along with clinical expertise in perinatal mental health, couples therapy, and trauma-informed care.
Grounded, intuitive, and relational at her core, Gayane creates a calm, aesthetically nurturing environment where clients feel safe to open up, process deeply, and reconnect with their inner voice. Her greatest joy is helping mothers feel held without judgement and guiding couples into more honest, loving communication.

Moms deserve more than “you got this!”
They need perspective, tools, and someone to remind them that caring for themselves is the best way to care for their family.
