POSTPARTUM THERAPY IN SHERMAN OAKS, CALIFORNIA

Space to breathe, reconnect, and remember who you are outside of “mom”.

Motherhood is beautiful. (It’s also a lot.)

Some days you're thriving. Some days you're Googling “is it normal to feel this overwhelmed?” at 2:00 AM with one hand while rocking a baby with the other.

And maybe you’ve noticed:

You feel anxious or overstimulated more than you expected

Your emotions are… louder now

You want closeness but also space

You love your child deeply but miss pieces of yourself

Your identity feels like it’s on hold

You’ve Googled “postpartum depression” or “postpartum anxiety” & resonated with the signs

Your brain never stops running the to-do list

The pressure to do it all “right” is exhausting

If you’re nodding, you’re not failing at motherhood. You’re just in the thick of it.

And you deserve a place to put it all down.

What postpartum therapy can do for you:

I specialize in pregnancy, postpartum, and toddlerhood, but work with women in all seasons of life.

Therapy can help you:

  • Create a sense of calm in your life

  • Process and heal wounds from your past

  • I see clients in person in my office in Sherman Oaks, CA or virtually throughout the entire state of California. To start, schedule a 15-minute free consultation.

  • Getting to know you is an important part of the therapeutic process. In our first few sessions, we’ll talk deeply to understand your story from childhood and identify what struggles you’re currently facing. We do this to connect the dots and see how the past is impacting the present — and how we can shape the future from here. Couples sessions begin with a meeting all together, followed by two individual sessions for each of you before we meet together again.

  • No, I only see my clients for one or the other. I can offer a referral for the other service should you choose to work with me. The reason for this is that once I see you individually, I would be biased and wouldn’t be able to see you as a couple in a fair way. The same applies if I see you as a couple first.

  • Yes! Individual therapy can help you explore perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and help you learn tools to navigate through it.

A SAFE, COMFORTABLE, HEALING SPACE

Where no topic is off limits and no feeling is invalid.

Sometimes we’ll talk deeply. Sometimes you’ll get strategies to use that day. Sometimes we’ll laugh at the absurd parts of mom-life because humor helps.

But no matter what, you get the support you need to feel grounded in yourself again.

Need support for your marriage, too?

Sometimes motherhood shifts our identity. Other times it shifts our partnership. If you and your partner want to feel more connected, couples therapy could be the best way to support yourselves in this season.
