Most successful couples are able to have open and honest communication throughout their relationship. Sometimes we need a little bit of help to understand each other better. Through couples therapy, the couple will learn how to better understand each other’s emotions and how to communicate in a healthier way.
The most beneficial part of group therapy is the ability to relate and learn from others. I offer groups for MFT graduate students who are finding their way of becoming a therapist. I also offer anger management groups.
