I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who is deeply passionate about connection and supporting people as they navigate life’s challenges. I received my undergraduate degree at UCLA, where I studied communication patterns and developed a strong curiosity about how our relationships and early experiences shape the way we see ourselves and others. I later earned my Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University.
I’ve worked with children, teens, and adults in community mental health and public school settings, which has allowed me to meaningfully support individuals and families within my local community. My clinical work has focused on anxiety, depression, life transitions, personal growth, self-esteem, relationship challenges, and healing from trauma.
I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. My approach is person-centered and collaborative — I truly believe that no two people are alike, and your experiences deserve to be understood within the context of your unique story. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for a Person-Centered approach to help you gain insight, build practical tools, and create change that feels meaningful.
Together, we’ll gently explore patterns, beliefs, and experiences that may be keeping you stuck, while helping you reconnect with your strengths, your values, and a version of yourself that feels grounded and authentic.
$150 for individual sessions and $175 for couples sessions.
