Maternal mental health is kinda my whole thing

Hi, I’m Gayane Aramyan, LMFT — mom, therapist for moms, and former “I can handle everything myself” girlie who learned (the hard way) that you don’t have to be superhuman to be a good mother.

Becoming a mom forced me to do the hard work of getting real with myself and accepting that I can’t do it all. (No one can!)

(At least not without planning every second of my life on my Google calendar and holding firm boundaries with both myself and those around me.)

So, I built a space where mothers can do the same to reconnect with the version of themselves they thought was lost under baby bottles, the great Mount Laundry, and the 1,000-pound mental load.
